Mission

The true Italian Way of Dining

Mignano Italian Restaurant - our mission the true italian way of dining

Their home town of Carini, Sicily inspired the interior decor.

This Restaurant is truly a family affair:

Mignano's offers traditional dishes prepared with only the freshest ingredients, everything is baked in the restaurant and all sauces and specialties are prepared daily for your dining pleasure.

Giuseppe Mignano (pronounced Mee?-yan-o)  manages the restaurant.  His brothers, Salvatore and Gianluca do all of the cooking.  Their father, Jack bakes the fresh homemade rolls and mother, Grace makes the desserts, cannoli and cream puffs.  Both the mother and father do the food preparations.

They all learned to cook in Italy with recipes passed from one generation to the next.
